"Welcome to Hell” Digital Postcard

 “Greetings From Hell, Abode of the Damned!” This is a super fun presentation of some of my exploration in motion graphics! Of course, this is just a print version of my digital card; you can find the full motion graphic video on my website. I created this card for the scenic netherworld (one-way trips only). The illustration within the bolded text is a Hellscape I created; I made the city skyline flipped, because I like to imagine Hell existing as a shadowed reflection of Earth. The stars shown in the sky in the Hellscape all twinkle (with the help of motion graphics), as they are the only natural luminescence that reaches this realm---serving as a reminder of the heavenly light which will never again be reached by the residents of this place. All other illumination is produced through artificial neon lights, as shown on the skyscrapers. All illustrated elements in the postcard were drawn by me, and created using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects.
